All physical items will be shipped from the United Kingdom.
We are shipping to all countries except the following: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Nevis, North Korea, Sao Tome & Principe, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tahiti, Ukraine, Yemen, Western Samoa. These are the countries our curriers don't ship to.
We are not charging VAT to EU-bound orders. This means you will likely be charged VAT + handling fee by your country's customs office. Keep this in mind when preordering! If you refuse to accept your package and it is returned to us we will call upon our cancellation policy.

All items will be shipped within 7 bussiness days. After you receive the shipping confirmation info these will be shipping times:
- UK: 2-3 working days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks, or 3-5 working days if you choose Express Shipping or Tracked Shipping options
- USA and Canada: 2-6 weeks, or 5-7 working days if you choose Express Shipping or Tracked Shipping options
- Rest of the world: 2-8 weeks, or 5-7 working days if you choose Express Shipping or Tracked Shipping options
PACKAGING INFO
Here is the breakdown of how your items will be packed and shipped. Rest assured, the person handling fulfilment is an experienced eCommerce owner and has mass-shipped for five fanzine projects before.
All paper items will be protected with a transparent compostable waterproof bag.
All items will be protected with a layer of tissue paper.
There will be paper void-fill where needed.
Book only (Nohrian Princess) Bundle will be mailed in cardboard book wraps.
Other Bundles will be shipped inside a rigid presentation box that will be protected with an outer shipping cardboard box.
Merchandise will also be shipped within cardboard boxes or padded envelopes, depending on the content of your order.
All outer packaging will be discreet and use general content descriptions like "book", "charms", "art-print", etc. There will be no mention of the risque content.
The value displayed on the package will be 50% of the value of your order to help you avoid excessive customs charges. If you'd like for the full price to be written on the label please write that in the check-out note and we'll honor your request. Keep in mind that shipping costs are included in custom calculations!
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We aim to lower enviromental impact of this project and reduce the amount of plastic and general waste as much as possible.
All shipping materials will be either recycled, recyclable, or compostable. Please consider storing and reusing them.
Charms might arrive in plastic wrappers which we won't be replacing in order to minimize waste.
We offer you the option to have your items delivered by the means of land and sea (International Economy shipping option).
Merchandise that uses plastic is made to be durable and long-lasting. When it comes its time, please consider separating different materials and using recycling if it's available to you.
