All items will be shipped within 7 business days. After you receive the shipping confirmation info, these will be the shipping times:
- Croatia: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 3 - 7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 - 15 business days
All orders will be shipped with tracked shipping and the national postal service.
PACKAGING INFO
Here is the breakdown of how your items will be packed and shipped. Rest assured, the person handling fulfilment is an experienced e-commerce owner and has mass-shipped for numerous fanzine projects before.
All paper items will be protected with a transparent compostable waterproof bag.
All items will be protected with a layer of tissue paper.
There will be paper void-fill where needed.
Book only (Nohrian Princess) and Bewitching Beauty bundles will be mailed in a heavy-duty cardboard envelope.
Giftbox Bundles will be shipped inside a rigid presentation box that will be protected with a waterproof bag and an outer shipping cardboard box.
Merchandise will also be shipped within cardboard boxes or padded envelopes, depending on the content of your order.
All outer packaging will be discreet and use general content descriptions like "book", "charms", "art-print", etc. There will be no mention of the risque content.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We aim to lower the environmental impact of this project and reduce the amount of plastic and general waste as much as possible.
All shipping materials will be either reused, recycled, or compostable. Please consider storing and reusing them.
Charms might arrive in plastic wrappers that they arrived in, which we won't be replacing in order to minimize waste.
Merchandise that uses plastic is made to be durable and long-lasting. When it comes to its time, please consider separating different materials and using recycling if it's available to you. The acrylic is widely recyclable.
