  CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund IF 1) Your order hasn't been shipped yet, and 2) Leftover sale is still runing.

After your items have shipped cancellation is not available anymore. 

After the Leftover sale is closed cancellation is not available anymore. 

 

  RETURN POLICY 

As a limited-run project, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns. 

 

  UNDELIVERABLE AND AUTO-RETURNED   ORDERS POLICY  

Orders can be undeliverable and returned for various reasons and treatment of returned items will depend on the reason why the order was returned. 

ISSUE WITH AN ADDRESS

If the order was undelivered because we created the wrong address label we will cover the costs of sending replacement items.

If the order was undelivered because the buyer provided us with an incorrect, insufficient, or outdated address the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of re-sending. 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS 

If you fail to claim your parcel and it gets returned to us we'll get in touch to arrange a second attempt.

The buyer is responsible for covering the re-shipping costs of unclaimed items. 

Any unclaimed returned items are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds. 

Please, ensure you pay for any outstanding customs and VAT fees in case these are requirements for receiving your parcel. Items returned because of unpaid custom and duty fees are treated as unclaimed.

 

  UNDELIVERED ITEMS 

For UK orders items are considered undelivered if they don't reach the buyer within three weeks of the date on the shipping confirmation email.

International orders are considered undelivered after 6 weeks (or 10 weeks in the case of the Economy shipping) of the date on the shipping confirmation email. 

After the cooldown period has passed please contact us with your order number. We cover one re-send after we confirmed that the address you provided was correct. 

If further attempts are needed buyer is responsible for covering every next shipping attempt and 50% of their order surcharge applies to cover the cost of items and handling. 

 

  DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you are unhappy with the conditions your items arrived in we will send one replacement on us. After that, you will have to cover shipping cost of the third attempt. The fourth, and last, attempt to ship your items will have to be done by a private company with express tracked shipping, costs of which will be covered by you. 

If you receive damaged or otherwise faulty items please contact us and make sure you include a photograph of damaged/faulty item(s) and your preorder number. 

 

  INTERNATIONAL MAIL DISRUPTION  

Mail can be delayed or otherwise disrupted due to various factors, from extreme weather conditions to new COVID-19 outbreaks. You can see the current status of your country here. In the event that your country closes to receiving international mail down the road, we'll get in touch with you and discuss your options. Should your order need to be refunded because of the country closure, we will refund you your order in full (no cancellation fee will apply).
